Rowie Dillon is renowned for her stunningly beautiful Cakes and Slices. The Queen of Gluten Free Desserts and Cakes Rowie is the author of two cookbooks; Indulge and the Power of Flour. With a career in cake and food manufacturing that spans over 25 years; with past clients including; Qantas, Virgin Airlines, David Jones, Woolworths, Harris Farm Markets as well as many celebrity fans.
Over the past few decades Rowie has produced wholesale cakes to cafes and delis, bookstores and venues. In 2025; Rowie will focus her attention to Rowie’s By The Sea on Sundays and Catering and Dining at Home Meals. Orders for Cakes will be taken on an order basis direct to Customer for whatever occasion. Rest assured that Rowie loves to bake and baking is where the heart of the home starts.
